Your challenge:
Challenge:
• Daily monitoring of referenced applications (SAP ERP, City Financials, Cash Pooler Web, Business Object Finance, Visual Scope Web, PROCO, OCR, …)
• Preparation of monthly ticketing and timesheet reports for internal and external customers
• Worldwide end-user support via phone, mail and ticketing system (Solution Manager)
• Execution of SAP transport requests between different development and production systems-- - Creation, modification and de-activation of user accounts required to access our referenced applications (refer to point 1)
• Project participation: to be determined (Please find below a list of former projects with student involvement)
a. Follow up of worldwide printer migration in SAP
b. Creation of a non-regression test plan for Solution Manager
c. ABAP programming to improve automation of SAP morning checks
d. Implementation and testing of new ticketing system feature
Your profile:
Profile:
• Currently studying for a relevant university degree (preferably with focus on IT/Business)
• Basic IT understanding and you feel comfortable working with various applications
• Fluent in English; additional French and/or German is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office packages; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills
• Self-starter but can follow instructions well when needed
• Able to translate your research findings into logical, structured text / graphs
• Curious, ready to invest a lot and eager to learn
