The HR Coordinator is responsible for the facilitation and support of key processes and accountabilities within HR Shared Services. The primary areas are coordinating background checks, HR data processing of new hires, status changes, and terminations and assisting with onboarding.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processes all employee information into and maintains data integrity of HCM system, including (but not limited to):
◦ Reviewing source documents for appropriate approvals and data completion.
◦ Overseeing automated workflow to ensure all fields are updated appropriately.
◦ Ensures that HR processes conform with established controls.
• Coordinates the background check and drug screen process for all business units.
◦ Process monthly vendor invoicing.
• Facilitates new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Assists with the HR and Benefit self-service portals and troubleshoots login issues.
• Special projects as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience working in a corporate HR setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is a must!
• Must be able to work collaboratively with other HR team members and employees throughout the organization.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with and maintaining sensitive and confidential information.
• Customer service oriented.
• Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor and exercising tact and good judgment.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
