Responsibilities
The Post-Production Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to coordinate, organize and keep track of the work of the Post-Production team to ensure that they are delivering their work on time and that the production is informed of any issues that could affect delivery of assets.
• In charge of maintaining a dashboard of the work completed for each episode at each point of the process and provide this information to the finance department.
• Act as liaison between the post/VFX teams and each production to keep everyone informed and to address any special requirements that they may have.
• Track, assign and distribute the work assigned to the graphics and VFX teams to avoid overbooking and to alert the management team if additional support is required.
• Manage deadlines for:
◦ VFX requests and work performed.
◦ Graphics packages and daily elements.
◦ Graphics development for new projects.
◦ Other projects as assigned.
◦ Editorial, audio and color correction deliveries
• Organize communication between artists, editors and producers to address upcoming needs.
• Update charts and reports for production status meetings.
• Onboarding of EP’s and supervision/approval of TimeKeeper and Timetrax entries as needed.
• Maintain a calendar of employee schedules.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Director of Post-Production.
• Perform any other duties as suggested by HR.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Operations or similar field
Previous supervisory/leadership experience
Bachelors with a focus in Film/TV Production, Electronics Engineering and/or equivalent level of education
Exhibits extensive knowledge of equipment used for TV/film production including cameras, audio, music, lighting/electricity, servers, color shading, and editing systems
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Must be able to perform job at locations in and outside work environment with varying weather conditions
Exhibits working knowledge of health and safety requirements
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Internet search engines

Willingness to travel and on weekends with short notice
Must be willing to work in the greater Miami, Florida area
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be “on call” 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
Must be fluent in English and Spanish (speak, read & write)
Must be willing to facilitate personnel requirements including late and/or last minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environment.
Must be available to work (whenever necessary for show production) early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and natural disaster emergencies.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
