Blizzard Entertainment's talent acquisition department has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized professional to function as a coordinator. As a member of the talent acquisition team you will be on the front lines of recruitment, supporting our effort to find the best and brightest talent for our Irvine campus.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate high volume interview scheduling between applicants and hiring managers.
• Plan conference calls and Skypes across multiple time zones around the globe.
• Meet and greet on-site candidates and escort to interview room; facilitate tests, tours, and breaks.
• Book travel and disseminate both travel and interview details to candidates.
• Manage candidate expense reimbursements.
• Handle additional administrative tasks and projects as needed.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers to ensure positive interview experience for all candidates.
• ATS support and management.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative / human resources role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong critical thinking skills – able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment with changing priorities
• Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-starting personality able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail as well as ability to see the big picture
• Able to act with discretion when handling confidential matters
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A passion for video games
• Pro-active mindset with a willingness to ask questions and improve processes
