We are searching for a highly organized, detail-driven Marketing Assistantwho will support the Marketing Team in a variety of areas. This opportunity is located at our San Francisco, CA office site.
Interested candidates must upload a cover letter that accompanies a resume. Position is a 35-hour work week, paid hourly.
Here is what you will get to do:
• Assist with the creation of sales tools, market forecasting reports, email campaigns, brochures and other marketing collateral
• Manage various documents (such as competition guides, sales tools, and sales/product tracking spreadsheets) updated as needed to assure correct information is available for the marketing team, sales force, and customers
• Build relationships with the sales force and district managers while helping them to fulfill customer requests and answer questions
• Help with the preparations for conferences and meetings
Qualifications
Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree
• Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication and inter-personal skills
• Highly motivated team player, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Outstanding communication skills – written, spoken, digital
• Strong attention to detail
• Interest in contributing to the education industry is a plus!
