Responsibilities:
• Own KPI definition, framework and benchmark identification.
• Ensure timely set-up and configuration of the global analytics platform.
• Own KPI reporting across markets / products.
• Setting up the tag-management of the global analytics platform.
• Train local users on report generation and self-service on analytics.
• Create actionable performance reports & forecasts so digital teams can optimize performance and senior leaders can identify campaign/channel performance at a glance.
• Set expectations around analytics deployments.
• Liaise with Tech team on initial set-up and then future implementations of Analytics changes to drive performance marketing.
• Influences content audit and strategy.
• Recommends & evaluates tools we could be using to improve our insight.
Qualifications
• Proven digital analytics experience.
• Experience of supporting performance marketing teams.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Could.)
• Track record of turning data into actionable insights, that in turn drive business value.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics.
• Expert knowledge of Paid Media: Programmatic, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
• Good knowledge of digital advertising platforms: Adwords, Bing Ads, DoubleClick, etc.
• Data Visualization & Dashboard skills.
• Social Listening experience is a bonus – Sysomos, Netbase, etc.
• Confident presenter and trainer able to command attention and interest and share discipline expertise including the ability to boil down a complex concept to key visuals that tell a compelling and accurate story.
• Strong relationship builder with an ability to build networks.
• Powerful interpersonal skills with an ability to influence.
