Role/Responsibilities
• Define and implement measurement strategies that align with our marketing strategies and business objectives
• Produce and manage meaningful KPI dashboards and deliver weekly, cross channel performance reports with actionable insights, working closely with external media agency teams and internal experts.
• Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data
• Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-touch attribution
• Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns
• Determine appropriate testing plans and create the methodology to iterate fast and release new campaigns/programs for testing and, if successful, rollout to all users globally.
• Support local and US teams to move from a manual marketing tactics into a more automated lifecycle marketing strategy.
• Build strong relationships across local commercial, editorial and product teams. Work closely with US analytics, design, product, engineering, and marketing teams to guide them
• Generate and go deep on consumer insights and competitive intelligence to help guide and drive marketing strategy and tactics.
• Inform and update executives and stakeholders on marketing campaigns and product performance, plans, and progress towards metrics.
• Jumpstart new growth opportunities (e.g. new trends, marketing partnerships, distribution partners).
Requirements/Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in running successful performance campaigns for a media agency or a digital product across multiple channels
• Significant experience, proficiency in, and passion for marketing analytics, and telling stories with data
• Track record of proactively using marketing automation, multi-touch attribution, conversion data and funnel analysis to drive action.
• Blend of consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and technical knowledge
• Demonstrated use of analytics, metrics, and benchmarking to drive decisions
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, creative, and communications skills
• Team player in driving growth results combined with a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and strong core values (honesty, integrity, creativity)
