We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join Team Spectacles! Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll be a part of the entire design life cycle, from proposing initial concepts to bringing the final product to life — ensuring a high level of quality from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
• Conceptualize marketing and branding strategies to craft new campaigns that resonate with our audiences
• Conceptualize and help organize product photoshoots
• Develop new ideas and concepts in collaboration with other designers, copywriters, the Marketing team, and Snap’s Creative Director
• Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize new ideas
• Keep a strong grasp on the marketing initiatives and strategic positioning that aligns with our audiences
• Collaborate with the rest of the creative team across different forms of media
• Guide work from initial concepts to final execution within deadlines
• Manage and delegate responsibilities amongst other designers, and provide guidance as needed
• Present completed ideas to clients and team members
• Stay on top of trends and maintain best practices
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years experience as an Art Director or Graphic Designer
• Someone with hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools
• Proven graphic design skills, backed by a strong portfolio
• Someone who can incorporate feedback and both take and give direction well
• A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
