Three primary responsibilities of the Group Planning Director:
1. Inspiring great work: Expertly craft insights and work with creative teams throughout the creative process.
2. Leading strategic planning: Develop strategic plans that communicate the vision and road map of a client’s marketing program.
3. An “open source” leader and educator: Distill and communicate the essentials simply, share expertise and bring teams along the process.
As part of the WPP Group, VML offers one of the best overall compensation packages in the business. VML is headquartered in Kansas City.
