SUMMARY
Hulu’s Marketing team is seeking a Freelance Art Director who will be an exceptional addition to our Creative team. As a Freelance Art Director at Hulu, you will create high quality, compelling marketing materials in a variety of media including landing pages, web banners, emails, print, social media and mobile while upholding Hulu’s brand standards. The right person for this role has an outstanding online portfolio demonstrating success in creating beautiful interactive designs, print designs and results-focused marketing designs. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Work closely with Producers to design Hulu’s custom ad units and wow our Ad Clients with brilliant ideas.
• Work closely with Hulu’s Ad Solutions team to innovate and execute for large sales opportunities.
• Work closely with Product Managers to brainstorm, wireframe, and design innovative ad products. Must be able to design across all device experiences, from web, to mobile, to smart TV’s.
• Design alongside Hulu’s editorial team to design high impact content sponsorships.
WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or similar creative field.
• Mastery of the current Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating love for typography, layout, interactive design, print design, and results-driven marketing design.
• Exceptional communication skills. Must feel comfortable and confident leading discussions.
• Passion for creative problem-solving and a cool demeanor under fire.
• Ability to take criticism and give thoughtful feedback.
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Background in multi-platform Marketing design including desktop, mobile and TV.
• Entertainment experience either at an agency or in-house creative team desirable.
• 3-5 years relevant experience.
