Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Payroll, you’ll provide administrative support to the VP and departmental coordination.
Here what you’ll do in this role
Arrange and maintain daily schedule
Handle heavy telephone contact with all levels of internal and external executive management and employees
Arrange meetings (including arranging for facilities/equipment, preparing of agendas, communicating/following up with attendees)
Compose and prepare various correspondence and presentations
Process expense reports
Arrange for office equipment repair and maintenance
Draft Memos
Order and maintain subscriptions and office supplies
Ship packages, sort mail, copy & fax, create binders
Various projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive/Administrative support role working with computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
