Responsibilities
Mission:
Assist B2C marketing team achieve 2017 goals to drive new, returning and reactivated bookers by 12% in 2017 by assisting with all national promotions (sweepstakes) and initiatives (gift cards, Go. Play. Programs, etc.) as well as local and national marketing efforts.
Overview
We seek a highly-motivated and driven individual to be responsible for assisting the marketing team with all national sweepstakes and promotions efforts aimed at attracting first-time bookers, reactivating lapsed bookers and engaging current bookers. This person will also be responsible for weekly data collection and tracking of current marketing efforts.
Additional Job Requirements
Assist the Brand Manager’s data collection and tracking of current marketing efforts, working with multiple internal teams
Closely measure and report on national and local promotional efforts paying close attention to KPIs
Support the analytical needs of marketing through data mining, analysis and presentation of results / insights
Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of any and all sweepstakes and promotions, both national and localized
Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of local marketing heavy up and develop weekly tracking reporting
Manage the logistics of the monthly S&D campaigns
Assist in Retention and SOW campaigns launch and reporting
Work with Golfer Care team on an outbound retention campaigns & Feedback collection through Golfer Care
Assist the Marketing Creative team with various projects, including photography library development
Assist in marketing efforts to support GolfNow’s internal online retail store, Go Shop
Spearhead and plan internal events for GolfNow’s employee-led Culture Club
Responsible for working with the appropriate parties to brief, develop and deliver all necessary creative assets for programs, ensuring appropriate brand integration
Continually gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions
Support marketing team with ad-hoc business analysis
Qualifications/Requirements
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrate passion and strong knowledge of the golf and/or travel industry
Intermediate skills in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Omniture, Salesforce.com, Microstrategy, etc.)
Currently working toward a degree in marketing/advertising or similar field
Dependable organizational and project management skills
Strong analytical mind, able to draw connections and make hypotheses based on available data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results oriented, paying close attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously and setting priorities with minimal supervision
Strong Microsoft Office skills in PowerPoint and/or Keynote and Word with ability to use Excel for manipulating and presenting data and also to use visual tools to create and deliver meaningful presentations to diverse business partners
Work well in fast paced, team oriented environment
Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
