Responsibilities
The core responsibility of the NBC10 Digital Sales Fulfillment Specialist includes the execution, management, optimization and delivery of all Digital and Digital Out-of-Home advertising revenue, including display, video, mobile, native, sponsorship and email ad campaigns for NBC10/WCAU advertisers. The Digital Sales Fulfillment Specialist will work closely with sales, creative and advertising operations, and is expected to provide superior customer service at all times.
Job Duties
Enter and maintain orders in Operative One and applicable ad servers
Work closely with the NBC OTS traffic/ad operations team based in New York to schedule, traffic and implement advertising programs
Manage campaign bookings and delivery in a variety of ad management systems, including but not limited to Operative One, DoubleClick DFP-Premium, Verve and FreeWheel
Create presentations, recaps, pull screenshots, provide campaign pacing and reporting updates to Sales Account Executives and Digital Sales Manager on all active campaigns
Fill out proposal spreadsheets, build presentation materials, communicate online ad specs and enter proposal data in relevant systems, as required
Deliver superior customer service by making performance recommendations and optimizations
Monitor first and/or third party impression metrics to ensure full delivery
Provide end of month/campaign data for billing
Additional projects as requested by WCAU management and NBC leadership
Qualifications/Requirements
• 4-year College degree
• Experience in Online media, Social Media, Digital Ad Sales (2-years minimum)
• Familiarity with ad serving systems (FreeWheel, Verve, Doubleclick DFP-Premium, Atlas, etc.)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Experienced)

The NBC10 Digital Sales Fulfillment Specialist must be willing to work onsite, as the position is located in the Philadelphia suburbs (Bala Cynwyd, PA) and is responsible for Digital and Digital Out-of-Home advertising solutions targeting the Philadelphia DMA.
