Administrative Coordinator (Contract - 12 months)
Job Description:
The Bell Residential Services – Field Operations department is seeking an Administrative Coordinatorto provide ongoing support to recruitment team for the on boarding and management of new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong self-management skills, organization and planning abilities.This is an entry level position.
What we are looking for:
• 1-2 years of administrative experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook)
• Fully bilingual in French and English
Critical competencies:
• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail
• Ability to identify problems and offer timely solutions and improvements
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive and work autonomously
• Customer service orientation
Job responsibilities:
• Work in close collaboration with managers and recruiters to ensure timely distribution of tools and resources for employees
• Manage the ID creation process for all internal and external employees
• New hire on-boarding
• Create and modify trackers and matrices with confidential data
• Bi-weekly invoice coding
• Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions
Qualifications:
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
• Fluently speaking French and English
• PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills required
• Must have organizational skills and time management skills
• Highly self-motivated and autonomous
• Experience in customer Service is an asset
• Post secondary education or equivalent.
