Role Summary:
The Creative Content department is a part of the Universal Marketing Team. The department produces promotional content for digital, television, and In Theater supporting Universal’s slate of films. This content includes both short-form for social channels as well as long-form for HBO First Look specials as well as everything in between. This Creative Content Coordinator will primarily assist the Executive Vice President and head of the department while also pitching in to help others within the department as needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist the EVP Creative Content and members of the department as needed in a very fast paced environment.
Multi-task, interact and coordinate with vendors and throughout multiple divisions and departments while at the same time fulfilling all assistant duties.
Assistant duties include phones, calendar management, travel booking, expense reports, etc.
Duties also include booking travel for vendors as well as coordinating with film productions and our own film finance department associated with travel and housing of vendors.
Open purchase orders, track invoices and payments, as well as interact with the accounting departments at vendors.
Assist in the management of the PO (Purchase Order) system.
Manage content on Wiredrive System
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills at all management levels.
Ability to successfully interact with employees at all levels of the organization as well as external vendors.
Ability to multi task and handle multiple responsibilities.
Ability to take initiative with minimal direction, ability to seek out information from various sources and have exceptional follow through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years related experience in the entertainment industry
Working knowledge of Microsoft based software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Desired Characteristics
4 Year College Degree in marketing or related field.
