The International Television Distribution division is responsible for the international distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of linear and digital media. This includes distribution of current and library theatrical movies, direct-to-video movies, documentaries and specials, plus all forms of television product – scripted TV series, non-scripted TV series, mini-series, animation and TV movies.

Are you an experienced performance-marketing manager who relishes the challenge of driving subscription acquisition across social, search, affiliate and in app channels? Then we want to hear from you.
Qualifications/Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Aggressively drive subscription acquisition through a number of key channels including Social, search, affiliate and in app advertising
•Manage the supplier and agency relationships to drive their media buying and performance approach
•Drive high volumes of subscriptions whilst driving down efficient CPA’s (Cost per acquisition) executing sophisticated optimisation strategies
•Manage paid search strategy and implement improvements and refinements
•In app best practice in order to drive discoverability in both Ios and android stores
•Manage in app advertising campaigns to drive app rankings
•Manage CPA campaigns with Affiliate and programmatic networks
•Work closely with content and design teams to create and produce high volume fast turn around advertising assets to implement across multiple channels and formats
•Fast ROI analysis of campaigns in order to be constantly optimising and amending campaigns
•Ensure all data tracking is setup correctly any new additions are implemented by working with the product team for implementation
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•Must have digital agency experience in buying and optimizing acquisition (Direct response campaigns)
•Strong background in buying media from Facebook, Google, and YouTube.
•Previous experience with an SVOD or digital subscription business a plus.
•Knowledge and understanding of the evolving digital marketing landscape with an expert eye in identifying industry trends and implementing the latest tech for both search and social.
•If experience is client side but must have strong technical knowledge and potential to manage campaigns directly with certain platforms
•Excellent knowledge of analytical packages ideally facebook analytics, Apps flyer, Firebase, double click, GA
•Strong budget management, comfortable managing and tracking fast and fluid investment decisions
•Excellent data and analytical skills
•Be business performance expert who is passionate and has the ability to communicate complex and detailed approaches to senior management and stakeholders

•Fluent written and spoken English
