The Head of Marketing, France will report to the Vice President of Marketing, EMEA and will oversee the marketing strategy and campaign activations across the market. Working closely with counterparts in PR and social, you will be the consumer voice for the Netflix brand and content that is launching or available on the service.
If you're a passionate entertainment or brand marketer with demonstrated experience in launching amazing digital marketing campaigns, we'd like to learn more about you and tell you a bit more of the Netflix story.
Key responsibilities:
• Country marketing strategy. You will set the marketing strategy for the French market each quarter in conjunction with your Europe marketing peers.
• Entertainment marketing campaigns. You will lead and launch unique marketing campaigns every quarter for our Netflix originals and any other high profile content in France.
• Integration. You will serve as a key voice in assuring marketing, PR, and social media are speaking with one voice.
• Cultural ambassador. You will be critical to helping Netflix understand the French customer while also living and embracing the Netflix culture.
• Lead. You will be a key part of the European marketing leadership team helping to guide pan-European marketing strategy for Netflix.
Experience & Skills:
• Digital expertise. We are looking for someone that understands digital marketing and has demonstrated experience launching unique digital campaigns.
• Consumer marketing know-how. We are looking for someone that understands consumer marketing (preferably in the entertainment or consumer technology space) and how not only build strategy but also execute flawlessly.
• Depth of knowledge. At least 7-9 years of French marketing experience in a related industry.
• Concise and clear communication. We are looking for a fluent French and English speaker that's comfortable communicating in both languages.
• A history of leadership. We'd like to see evidence of serving as a key decision maker in a senior marketing role.
