Job Summary:
Responsible for leading enterprise Traffic/Ad-Ops team focused on operating and incubating new digital, addressable and impression based ad sales products during its early phases, allowing ad sales teams be fast to market, experiment and gather early insights on the new product's business model. Ideal candidate must be passionate about ad sales Traffic/Ad-Ops operations, understand the technology that supports it, be data mining savvy and use information to formulate data driven decisions. Candidate must be able to translate operational gaps into functional requirements with the end goal of enhancing the new ad sales product, scale it and make it market ready. Advanced Services Traffic/Ad Ops lead must learn the new products, become core Traffic/Ad-Ops' SME and share learned lessons with product managers and enterprise operations teams. Must be process oriented to drive efficiencies and understand company and industry standards to support the life cycle of ad sales buys. Candidate must be able to lead, develop and motivate agile Advanced Services' Traffic/Ad Ops team to think outside of the box, be proactive with solutions and drive innovation. Candidate must be experienced within ad sales online video & display industry and its standards, ad decision and ad serving systems, audience and device targeting concepts, impression based inventory analysis, understand copy/creative specs and high level understanding of what make systems run (DBs, APIs, UIs)
Core Responsibilities:
• Interface with internal and external partners and customers with a consultant mindset, understand ad sales goals, and offer recommendations, set and meet expectations on ad sales product capabilities to ensure that ad campaigns are managed properly.
• Work in fast passed and constantly evolving environment, be self-reliant and able to understand complex concepts, technologies and translate them into repeatable operational process.
• Monitors and analyzes existing campaigns to ensure quality performance on a daily basis. Optimizes and reallocates inventory as needed.
• Provides resolution to complex and exception issues.
• Troubleshoots technical issues. Evaluates and researches lost/dropped revenue (when applicable) and provide feedback to Sales/Operations management.
• Creates traffic reporting, traffic related documentations. Develops process to review internal procedures which will enhance operations.
• Coordinates communication and direction vendors and internal business partners to ensure department operates effectively and efficiently in meeting goals defined. Assists Senior Management in the evaluation of operational and technological needs to keep
• Recruits, hires, trains and develops department personnel. Provides direction to the department regarding corporate, division and regional goals, business plans and initiatives. Establishes and communicates clear direction and priorities to the team.

Job Specification:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (Preferred field of study in Operations, Engineering or Mathematics)
• Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
