We are seeking a Media and Permissions Coordinator to manage our busy media and permissions portfolio in accordance with copyright requirements and to provide leadership and administrative support to freelance Media and Permissions researchers. The successful applicant will manage multiple projects, streamline processes and ensure cost-effective agreements.
Key qualifications and/or experience include:
• Proven copyright clearance and photo research knowledge and experience
• Understanding of Copyright issues and law
• Experience in sourcing and/or creating multimedia content and related copyright considerations
• Experience with Microsoft Office and managing digital image files
• Knowledge of media production workflows and suppliers
• Excellent project management skills and capacity to coordinate multiple tasks responding to issues as they arise
• Tertiary Degree or qualification
