We work collaboratively with business stakeholders across all HR disciplines enabling critical business programs and processes. A Lot About You
You will lead our HR Technology team, setting the HR technical systems strategy and collaborate with key stakeholders on alignment and execution. You have a proven background in leading complex HR Technology projects globally in a large diverse organization. You are an open, collaborative and inspirational leader with proven expertise in organizational leadership, stakeholder management and vendor management.
Your Day
• Lead and develop a team of exceptional HR Technology business system analysts
• Define HR Technology strategy and roadmap aligning with business needs partnering with key HR leaders and stakeholders
• Develop short and long range operating objectives, organizational structure, staffing requirements and succession plans
• Build business case and management budget for department and solutions portfolio
• Partner with other stakeholders/partners/vendors to plan, manage, execute and monitor projects
• Set HRIS direction, development, and oversee the execution of scalable, tactical plans to ensure HR systems support company objectives
• Drive and provide senior level implementation strategy and production support expertise
• Deliver solutions supporting all HR functional disciplines Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition
• Consistently work to understand the business and structure so that solutions are aligned to business goals
• Manages the current HR Systems portfolio to ensure operational excellence and optimization of existing technology solutions
You Must Have
• 10+ years or more of recent experience in HR systems implementation and management
• Minimum 7 years managing high performing people/teams
• Extensive experience supporting a diverse, complex, production environment required
• Experience with Tier 1 HR providers (Workday, Oracle, SAP)
• Leader in establishing best practices for information systems management
• Leader in understanding and articulating technical feasibility of solutions
• Experience setting standards for evaluating the effectiveness of HRIS team
• Experience working with stakeholders/partners at all levels, globally, across the organization
