Provide customer service support for two streaming video services called Sundance Now & Shudder, maintaining professionalism, stellar attitude and even humor in every interaction, including:
• Responding to customer tickets and emails on Desk.com, Helpshift and Social Media per company guidelines
• Escalate priority issues as needed to support manager
• Review video content as needed and report issues to the tech team
• Offer suggestions for how to improve the customer support process
• Provide customer service support for two streaming video services called Sundance Now & Shudder, maintaining professionalism, stellar attitude and even humor in every interaction, including:
• Responding to customer tickets and emails on Desk.com, Helpshift and Social Media per company guidelines
• Escalate priority issues as needed to support manager
• Review video content as needed and report issues to the tech team
• Offer suggestions for how to improve the customer support process
• Flexibility to work between 30 -50 hours per week
