SUMMARY
Hulu is seeking an Associate Show Lead to work on our Originals team, and be smack dab in the middle of the intersection of content creation and technology. Our position requires a precision performer. An eager, technical- and production-minded individual with an interest in ground-breaking entertainment platforms. In this position, you will support Hulu’s original content efforts by managing the flow of assets from and between Hulu and our production partners. The successful candidate must create and maintain an efficient workflow of content delivery, asset management and publishing. This person will assist in the creation and organization of promotional material, ensuring content availability messaging is accurate, and monitoring promotional campaigns - while ensuring we exceed our high-quality bar offering our viewers only the best entertainment experiences. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Asset Management: Track and Organize all show assets (Marketing/ PR/ Video Production) that come in at various stages of production from different sources (Agencies, Production, Studios, etc.)
• Maintain the most current show information in our Originals tracking materials
• Manage all internal content requests: Trailer requests/ PR Screeners/ Sales Requests/ Events
• Conduct Onboarding Calls with Production, Studios and Vendors
• Manage the ingestion of assets and metadata, QC Process, and show page for Original series
• Track invoices/ costs of all work done for downstream delivery
• Work with Production and Vendors on scheduling and deliverables
• Implement/ maintain/ improve upon various workflow issues internally and externally
• Final Deliverable Tracking and Archiving
WHAT TO BRING
• Ability to navigate a variety of technical and content management systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to get along with different personalities
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently
• Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess a passion for Original Content
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Attention to detail
