Overview:
Interior Design is seeking a Program Manager, as part of its Integrated Marketing department, to lead large-scale programs, projects and events for the brand. In this capacity, the Program Manager will organize and execute the numerous phases and communications of multiple marketing programs, help execute events, and plan various print and digital initiatives.
The ideal individual has sound project management and organizational skills with a proven track record in managing varying programs, teams, design projects.
The Program Manager will work closely with the Interior Design Marketing, Creative Services, Sales, Editorial and Events departments, as well as external partners.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Lead awards program campaign strategy, development, event, and execution
• Oversee Creative Services department workflow related to all program collateral
• Control forecasting, managing, tracking, and reporting project progress, issues, budget, and scope changes to achieve successful project completion, on-time, and within budget
• Manage program’s digital marketing: email, social, online advertising; as well as digital operations: event registration and award submission online programs
• Write and present program briefs and marketing plans
• Manage vendor relationships and production schedules
• Manage client events
Experience:
• 4 years of project/program management experience (agency experience a plus)
• Event production experience a plus

• Persistent and proactive with a do-what-it-takes mentality to achieve highly successful program outcomes
• Deadline-driven, yet flexible enough to adjust to new opportunities and roadblocks as they arise
