Responsibilities
As a Director of Account Services you will directly manage a team of supervisors and account service representatives responsible for providing post-sales support to NBCU advertising clients
Responsibilities:
Represent the ASR team on projects regarding new applications, processes and procedure
Work directly with senior business leaders to analyze and provide insight into ad sales and monetization performance
Identify and implement process and operational efficiencies to increase productivity within the ASR team
Work closely with Advertising Sales, Strategic Planning, Commercial Operations/Ad Ops, Finance and Billing to ensure post sale process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Leadership and Training:
Train Supervisors to handle all responsibilities of managing Account Service team, including hiring and evaluating employees, resolving account discrepancies and acting as liaison to advertising agencies and internal departments
Collaborate to develop new training documents and lead sessions to train departments on new systems and processes
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in media sales environment
Prior management experience required
Previous experience with Sales systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)

Desired Characteristics
Prior experience in an Account Services or Sales Planning leadership role preferred
Excellent computer skills, demonstrated analytical ability and organizational/project management skills
Knowledge of Nielsen rating system Network/cable ad sales traffic and/or planning knowledge is required.
Proven ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven media environment
