We’re looking for a Product Strategist to join Team Snapchat! As our Product Strategist, you will work on building the future of Snapchat’s core ad products. You will represent our ad products internally and externally, taking feedback from customers while leading strategic and market assessments to help our Engineering and Product Management team build amazing ad experiences.
What you'll do:
• Constantly assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products in light of strategic, qualitative, and quantitative analysis
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for our ad products
• Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, perform strategic assessments, and communicate results that influence and inform the long-term roadmap
• Represent the Revenue Product team with respect to pricing, packaging, and positioning
• Drive strategic product decisions via evaluation of market trends and meticulous retrospective/prospective analysis of product and revenue performance
• Communicate updates and information about products externally
What we're looking for:
• Prior product marketing or management experience, preferably in advertising and/or at a major technology company
• Experience in brand management, strategy (at a large tech company, investment bank, or management consulting firm), or marketing management
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Experience working with internationally distributed teams and products
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
• Someone who’s comfortable dealing with changing environments and operating under high levels of uncertainty
• Exceptional analytical, data visualization, and organizational skills
