Our Network team plans, designs, builds and operates Bell’s multi-billion dollar networks, including the continued expansion of our fibre optic network, HSPA+ and LTE — Canada’s largest and fastest wireless network.

Role:
As part of the Operational Excellence team, the Talent, Learning & Recognition Senior Manager’s envisions and lead programs that supports and accelerates the Network transformation. This role is crutial in fostering in Network an engaged and mobilized workforce and to develop people, process and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible to:
• Develop and drive strategy and executes programs for the Network 3.0 Transformation
• Perform data analysis, compiling, and reporting of initiatives and develop conclusions and recommendations for improvements
• Manage a team of managers and associates and provide a collaborative and challenging work environment
You will achieve your goals by;
• Leading the new talent acquisition team and program ;
◦ Develop and execute New Grad recruitment strategy
◦ Coordinate new grad recruitment activities and Network onboarding process
• Leading the learning and development team and program ;
◦ Lead business units needs assessments and coordinate the delivery of the L&D programs and content
◦ Negotiate contracts with learning vendors and manage learning credits (>$1M)Leading the recognition and the employee engagement program
◦ Manage Merit recognition program, planning (>$1M budget) and administration
◦ Develop and execute recognition events and activities
◦ Educate team members on recognition best practices
• Support and collaborate with the communications teams on;
◦ Team surveys & communications, planning & execution of the largest Leadership Conference at Bell (+600 leaders)
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct leadership of employees
• Minimum 5 years in the Organizational Development field
• University degree in Organizational Development, HR, Adult learning, business or related field
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Fluency in French and English both oral and written
• Self-sufficient, initiative, judgment, discipline and working methods
• Creative and agile mindset, collaborative with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize and propose solutions
• Recognized for your communicating skills to various levels of the organization.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
