We seek an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to join our team who will take ownership of our digital and AV production app suite. In this high-impact role, you will become the “go-to” expert for all Marketing Technology applications using your technical expertise to educate and train internal and external users. In addition, you will have a keen grasp of workflow optimization and be able to identify new opportunities to focus engineering attention and resources.
You should be comfortable at the hub of a fast-paced environment where you interface daily with world-class talent from teams including: digital marketing, data science, platform engineering and finance. The scope of your work will only be limited by your imagination and willingness to embrace risk. You can build consensus and alignment but are not afraid to push ahead when there remain some critics.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in various technical or operational roles
• Ability to successful master complex marketing technology applications and then provide training and support for internal and external users
• A computer science degree or equivalent technical background
• Outstanding written and communication skills
