Job Description
At Massive Entertainment, a Ubisoft Studio we are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our international team. You will be part of the HR Team, contributing to the recruitment efforts for the entire studio, ensuring the best possible candidate experience as well as offering support to the Recruiters.
This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden, and requires working onsite.

You are a proactive and autonomous person with outstanding communication skills, organized, service minded and with strong attention to details. You also bring your positive, supportive, “can do” attitude to the table and hereby ensure a candidate-focused recruitment experience.
As our new Recruitment Coordinator you will be the first point of contact with all candidates, ensuring a positive and professional interview journey from the beginning to the end. This includes taking ownership of the administration part of recruitment process.
The main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Scheduling of on-and off-site interviews including coordination with the Hiring Managers
• Travel arrangements for all the onsite interviews and onboarding
• Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience through quick follow up and quality and service oriented communication with candidates
• Being the main point of contact for recruitment agencies, schools and any potential vendors (for example, job boards)
• Advertising of the positions on internal and external websites, as well as identifying new channels for posting
• Supporting the recruiters in any administrative tasks (recruitment events, partnerships with schools, etc.)
• In some cases, you will be responsible for the first screening of the candidates
• Adding information and managing our internal recruitment tool
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 4 years+ of relevant working experience, preferably in Human Resources
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential and a mandatory requirement
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes with a flexible approach
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at all times, and challenge back when needed
• Interest in games and a great sense of humor
• Knowledge of excel to the ability that you can update and manage spreadsheets and data visualizations
