Responsibilities
The IT Strategy & Project Management Lead will own and manage high profile projects and program initiatives across Information Technology. In addition to executing on strategic initiatives for the organization, this position is a hybrid role providing the unique opportunity to also work closely with NBCUniversal’s Chief Information Security Office and engage with Comcast in establishing guidance, policy, and information security processes for the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and/or actively participating in the following activities:
• Lead Information Security partnership with Comcast, drive synergies, and collaborate to establishing solutions, standards, and security policy and procedures.
• Lead the development of business requirements roadmap and implementation timelines across Information Technology CIOs/CTOs and align with Comcast.
• Develop and document the business strategy for Information Security at NBCU.
• Proactively partner with Information Security team members across Comcast NBCUniversal to support deployment and upgrading of the global technology security and infrastructure.
• Design strategic indicators of success for information security processes from data, and report out during review sessions with senior leaders.
• Assist the Global CIO with managing operations across the Information Technology organization, developing and implementing strategic initiatives that are aligned to business objectives, and executing on large projects.
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements
• 6+ years combined work experience in an enterprise IT functions and security
• 4+ years’ experience working in a multi-dimensional program environment involving complex technologies and geographically disparate businesses
• 3+ years’ experience executing medium to large scale projects and initiatives with significant business engagement responsibilities.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
• Demonstrated ability to implement large scale initiatives across multiple lines of business and technology teams.
• This position would be located in Philadelphia with weekly travel to NYC.
