Job TitleContent Specialist
Job Summary
• Responsible for senior level Community Management and Oversight for top MXM clients within vertical expertise, leading a team of two-four community managers as applicable
• Produce best-in-class written and visual content for Tier 1 social profiles that consistently meets high standards of creativity and innovation – examples that exceed industry best practices for engagement and reach
• Partner with the design team to create compelling static and animated visual elements optimized for each platform
• Define and implement brand voice and overall content strategy across social platforms and ensure messaging is consistent with client goals and direction
• Establish process for, manage and execute on-going content projects with established templates and editorial calendars – partner with creative team/PMO on production of all platform content
• Coordinates internally with Engagement senior leadership, creative team and externally with agency media and creative partners and platform contacts to develop content expertise and innovation as needed
• Leverages Engagement knowledge and experience to be a recognized Engagement expert across agency and within industry (recognized by social platforms as partner and expert)
• Oversees junior team members/community managers and their work product as required, including ongoing editorial calendar approvals, content creation coaching and trainings and encouraging agency-wide innovation

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education:
BS/BA from 4 year institution preferred. Areas of discipline to include Marketing, Creative Production, Writing.
Experience:
At least 3-4 years experience in social media, marketing, advertising or public relations. Agency experience a plus.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Incredibly strong writer with ability to transition seamlessly between voice and style
• Thoughtful eye for design and ability to communicate ideas to designers to fabricate
• Ability to create high-quality content rapidly and responsively while multi-tasking several priorities simultaneously
• Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Google+, Pinterest, Vine and YouTube as well as a familiarity with all other current and emerging digital platforms
• Basic Photoshop skills, advanced Photoshop skills a HUGE plus
