Responsibilities
•Support and assist in the rollout of DALi, NBC Universal’s in-house Graphics Order and Asset Management system across 30+ TV stations and serving 1000+ users 24x7x365.
•Work with IT, Broadcast engineering, and customers on maintenance and outages.
•Work with 3rd party vendor to test, implement, and deploy bug fixes and feature enhancements across multiple DALi environments with little to no impact to production.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Experience in supporting Windows Server 2012 R2, IIS, Hyper V, and clustering.
•Ability to troubleshoot application workflow from client to server to graphics playout (client OS, web browsers, various plugins, networking, file delivery, transcoding, and playback).
•Basic knowledge of graphics technology (various file formats

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Media Communications or similar field
• Strong knowledge of broadcast TV systems and equipment
• Strong background in IT including network and storage infrastructure
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
