We’re looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Sales Finance team, you will focus on overseeing our sales incentive compensation program. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll work with our HRIS system and collaborate with our Sales and Revenue Accounting teams to create commission calculations.
What you'll do:
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure proper account ownerships and quota attainment to accurately calculate commissions on a quarterly basis
• Partner closely with the HR, Sales Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure proper documentation and sales incentive payments
• Provide monthly accrual estimates to the Accounting and Payroll teams
• Review and answer inquiries from the Sales team on a regular basis
• Ensure controls, documentations, and sales commissions are in accordance with SOX requirements
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of the sales incentive program
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years of work experience in sales compensation
• 1+ years of work experience in digital advertising
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Experience with compensation and performance management tools (Xactly, Anaplan, Callidus, etc.)
• Ability to handle and manipulate large data sets
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive team-player with the ability to multi-task, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• A detail-oriented person with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
