The Project Management Organization (PMO) is a part of the Global Ad Operations Org. The PMO team is responsible for representing the Sales and Ad Operations teams needs to our Product and Engineering teams, driving go-to market efforts and process improvements.
A Lot About You
We are looking for a results-driven individual, excited to dig into the world of Audience and Performance advertising. This Project Manager will be responsible for representing our stakeholder teams and driving solutions for specific areas of business and aspects of the ad platform supporting our Audience advertising. They should thrive in working environments that involve collaboration with various partner teams, be able to effectively communicate and present to a wide range of stakeholders, and have a real passion for improving the lives of our advertisers and internal teams.
Your Day:
• Act as a liaison across the Sales / Ad Operations Org and Product, representing a holistic view into our product/process asks and prioritization.
• Manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities of large and complex projects, including new product launches and business process improvements.
• Lead meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Develop Project Plans and Track activities against such plans.
• Support the Product Management team, as a point of contact in new feature development.
• Act as a communication funnel between Product, Leadership, Marketing and the Ad Operations Organizations, by effectively communicating updates and changes in policies and processes.
• Drive positive process and policy changes relating to Ad Operations that allow team members to accomplish their jobs with more efficiency.
You Must Have:
• 4 years online experience, ideally with Project Management, Account Management, and/or Campaign Management.
• BS/BA Required.
• Ability to lead and guide cross-functional teams.
• Project management and synchronization involving multiple teams, with complex plans and fixed deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication and follow up skills.
• Advanced organization skills; multi-tasking as an art form.
• Excellent people skills: relationship building, negotiation, and collaboration in a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skills sets, and levels of experience.
• Detail-oriented.
• Issue-resolution focused; Problem and conflict solving abilities, influencing people across organization and levels.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word & creating presentations (Powerpoint)
• Determined and passionate attitude for effective processes and methodologies that will improve the productivity of the organization.
• High level of professionalism.
• Dedication to high quality.
