Our company is seeking a International HR-Business Partner
Profile of the role:
• The international HR-Business Partner will support the President BPO Finance & Collection Nordics and the Vice President Human Resources within the following areas:
• Align with Arvato Financial Solutions HR on future roadmap of HR activities and processes within B2C Finance + Nordics Debt Collection
• Ensuring high collaboration across company and development of lean first class organization in all HR-related topics
• HR-responsible for all Group-management employees
• Competent contact person for employees and line managers in all HR relevant matters
• Provide professional support in organizational planning across the organization
• Drive implementations of processes and initiatives in HR (using support from central organization, acquiring best practice and create alignment across the group)
• Interface to all HR organizations (Central, Nordics, DACH, NL)
• Responsible for recruiting and employer branding, interface to recruiters and universities
Target profile of the candidate:
• International experience in a big organization for 5-10 years within HR, covering multiple roles and responsibilities.
• Minimum 5 years` experience in HR Business Partnering according to Dave Ulrich
• Minimum 5 years` experience in international project setups either rollout or heading such projects
• Ability to create and present concepts to management and execute on international level
• Experience in leading change
• Sound knowledge of labour law
• Knowledge of economics and financial KPIs
• Solid IT-systems skills or software acumen
• Sound understanding of relationship between level to detail and practicability
• Other relevant experiences: Financial sector experience, Swedish, Finnish
