Bitmoji has transformed how people chat by giving everyone their own personal set of emojis. Each bitmoji features a personalized avatar on a custom handmade graphic, letting people communicate in ways that words alone could never capture.
We’re looking for a Support Specialist to join Team Bitmoji! Working closely with the Product and Engineering teams in Toronto, you’ll provide people with help center resources and troubleshooting tips everywhere they use Bitmoji.
What you’ll do:
• Build out Bitmoji’s online support services
• Create relevant and up-to-date customer support copy
• Respond to questions on Bitmoji’s social accounts and support portal
• Identify new issues and escalate them to cross-functional teams
• Provide timely analysis and investigate potential bugs with the Product and Engineering teams
• Improve quality assurance processes
