Responsibilities
Prepare and present weekly OCF and FCF pacing report to CFO and finance team
Lead the reporting and consolidation of financials during closes and estimates
Ownership of Monthly Operating Review deck (financial and operational slides)
Play key role in Budget and Long Range Plan processes (financial models, analyzing industry trends, competitive analysis)
Manage SG&A financials (budgets, estimates, quarter closes, etc.) and help drive accountability with operations
Responsible for all monthly/quarterly FP&A, SG&A, and Intercompany journal entries
Financial ownership of Other Revenue (Global Distribution, Events, Conferences); including pacing, proper revenue recognition, accruals, and billing
Prepare quarterly controllership review deck to summarize controllable spend and monitor policy compliance
Lead quarterly submission of financial data requests to Corporate Financial Reporting
Manage account reconciliation process for division (status updates, communication of deadlines), and prepare assigned account reconciliations
Ownership of monthly headcount reporting process
Work closely with CFO and finance team to develop dashboards; spearhead focus on key performance drivers
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience performing financial analysis, forecasting, and/or work within accounting function
Extensive experience working with Excel
