Netflix is looking for a leader to join our lean and growing recruiting team in our Los Angeles headquarters. For us, talent acquisition is a priority, and we need someone who understands the importance of our challenges, and also has the drive to make an impact as we achieve our goals. You will be responsible for leading the team to scale the full cycle candidate experience journey from candidacy to hire.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a tailored candidate experience for the Beverly Hills headquarters
• Scale the high touch experience to meet the business needs
• Manage a team of Talent Coordinators who are responsible for employing the candidate experience from candidacy to hire
• Invest in developing outside relationships with individuals and companies to understand the landscape of the talent operations market
• Coordinate/manage daily operations and activities to streamline efficiencies with Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition and Employee Services
• Identifying gaps and lead projects to fill them
To be successful:
• Deep knowledge of enhancing operational workflows for the success of Talent Acquisition
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
• Able to influence colleagues and hold recruiting partners accountable in their success to build stunning teams
• Ability to arrive at creative solutions; balancing cross functional needs with solutions that meet the Netflix culture
• This person should have well developed coaching, communication, and leadership skills and should provide an example of excellence to all that he/she interacts with
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with changing information
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills
• A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem solving
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in managing a team in Talent Operations or HR
