We are seeking for our department Strategic HR Center Talent Development & Performance a
Learning and Development Program Coordinator (f/m).
This role involves:
Identification of content, conceptual design and project management for global training programs:
• Project manage training programs from identification of needs through to training evaluation, including budget planning and monitoring
• Design of classroom trainings, eLearning modules, webinars, or blended learning measures
• Consulting of line managers and internal Subject Matter Experts during training development
• Administration of the Learning Management System LEAP (Cornerstone) and acting as helpdesk for German speaking users
• Testing of interactive course content
• Translation of English training content and communication items into German language
• Pro-active support to establish Social Learning in the company
• Development and implementation of communication plans
• Close collaboration and alignment with line managers, global HR colleagues, employees, as well as external trainers
Desired Skills and Experiences:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of instructional design principles and theory
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of (adult) learning theory
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in English and German languages
• Intercultural awareness and experience in working in a complex, international business environment
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. G-Suite (Google for work) beneficial
• Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline and/or Storyline 2, Adobe Captivate 9, Acrobat Pro, etc.) beneficial
• Willingness to travel
