The Field Marketing team is responsible for bringing our stories and ad products to market, driving awareness and enabling Sales with the tools to succeed and drive revenue. We partner closely with the Sales team to drive in-market awareness for advertisers, agencies, publishers and ad technology partners. Differentiating Yahoo Advertising (search, native, display and video ads) and BrightRoll (DSP and exchange) in unique and innovative ways is critical to the success of this team.
A Lot About You
The Sr Manager, Field Marketing Creative Services, is responsible for the strategy and implementation of our creative implementations in International markets. This includes everything from brand management to producing go-to-market materials to event design and execution. You are a well-rounded marketer that understands the digital advertising space. You are a creative person that knows how to bring to life a value proposition visually and through clear messaging. You are a strong copywriter and designer with experience managing other designers and design agencies. You are a hands on marketer ready to execute on internal briefs, manage various media channels and execute the creative aspects of small and large events globally. You are data-driven in measuring the results of your effort and the team.
Your Day
• Manage a collaborative creative and messaging process across internal teams and external agency partners. Also take responsibility for creative and Marcom KPIs.
• Copywriting across various projects that tells the Yahoo story in a compelling and engaging way
• Be responsible for driving Marcom workflow to deliver creative ideas with tactical execution excellence.
• Ensure all aspects of Yahoo marketing communications are on brand, consistent, focused on the client and end user, and employ best practices.
• Design and produce corresponding deliverables—messaging documents/presentations/ guides, product collateral,pitch decks and more.
• Coordinate and manage outside vendors when necessary to deliver on B2B events
• Drive our editorial and social strategies by producing insights-driven content to position Yahoo as a must buy for the world's top advertisers
You Must Have
• 4+ years of demonstrated success in a marketing role.
• Proven International experience working across markets and languages
• Knowledge of the Digital Advertising market including search and display advertising, retargeting, email marketing, SEO and landing page optimization, and website analytics.
• Experience managing designers and design agencies
• Ability to work cross-functionally, including influencing and managing relationships effectively
• Proven team player that has partnered with marketing and senior Sales leadership.
• Exceptional communication and copy writing capabilities.
• The ability to both lead and execute marketing projects in a fast paced environment.
