Overview and Responsibilities
The position is responsible for supporting the EVP of Finance – Paramount TV and all Finance related activities of Paramount TV.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Support in preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Support in cash forecasting and reporting
• Manage credit card payments and reconciliation
• Support in overhead tracking and reporting
• Compile and submit EVP’s expense reports in Concur
• Coordinate EVP’s calendar and schedule appointments
• Answer phones; manage call log for EVP; filing
• Office/Kitchen Supply Orders
• Manage temp requests
• Special projects and ad hoc analysis as required
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 year Finance/Accounting experience
Additional Qualifications
• SAP experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Good analytical skills; detail oriented
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
