Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Key Master, to be located in San Francisco, for its Program Management organization. This individual will report to the Senior Program Manager, Customer Management in SFO, and will be responsible for liaising with internal business, IT and production teams internationally on behalf of the Customer Management Team.
Responsibilities:
The role would cover all operational aspects of key setup, request management, and distribution overview for NCSA business teams, and will be responsible for:
• Being the central point of knowledge within NCSA on the entire keys process and ecosystem in which keys work; starting with requesting, distribution, trade marketing, sources and creation, QC, and CS.
• Work with the EMEA Key master to ensure shared understanding of processes and knowledge between the two zones
• Create, coordinate, and update a central list of all key distribution plans and their associated programs for every live period on a game
• Use the unique Key tool to create key batches mapped to appropriate entitlements, and ensure proper numbers of keys are forecasted and ordered to support the marketing plans for all the required SKU’s, and approved subsidiary requests.
• Be the master of Uplay PC Portals: For the creation and management of PC packages, region management, and key stockpiles.
• Provide input and work with the global keys governance to push items for resolution and devise solutions agreements to advance the keys topic within Ubisoft
• Prepare for, respond and troubleshoot issues with game launches across Ubisoft with relevant teams, QC, Certification, Uplay PC, Business/Marketing, CRM/CS, Steam contacts
• Contribute to how to improve all and any part of the keys system/processes within Ubisoft
Qualifications
• 3- 5 years business experience in a process or product management role
• Bachelor’s degree Required with a focus in organizational business management
• Have a strong passion for how groups work together and coordination of processes
• Must be a strong communicator, open to collaboration and building group consensus
• Know how to manage virtual inventory or stock, familiar with Excel
• Have Interest and basic knowledge in Sales, Finance
• Pro-active, driven and able to work autonomously within a highly dynamic environment
• Have effective English professional written and oral communication skills
• Be able to balance and execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Have a strong affinity for the game industry and its products
• French language skills are a plus
