We’re looking for a Senior Business Support Specialist to join Snap Inc! Working closely with the Customer Operations team, you will help Snapchatters who have purchased On-Demand Geofilters (ODG) through our Inside Sales team. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll work with the On-Demand Geofilter and Inside Sales teams to troubleshoot Geofilter issues, mentor team members, and provide the best possible customer support!
What you’ll do:
• Provide excellent ODG support for Snapchatters who have worked with our Inside Sales team
• Become an expert on creating and submitting On-Demand Geofilters, as well as thoughtfully and accurately answer Snapchatters’ ODG-related questions
• Mentor members of the On-Demand Geofilter Business Support team
• Review team members’ performance and provide feedback/training
• Give guidance to team members on any escalations
• Troubleshoot Geofilter activation and tool errors
• Collaborate with the Customer Operations and Engineering teams to identify On-Demand Geofilter trends and provide feedback
• Understand Snapchat’s On-Demand Geofilter policies, and review and provide guidance on submissions as needed
What we’re looking for:
• Someone with a college degree and is fluent in Spanish
• 1+ year of support experience, preferably supporting business to customer (B2C) sales online
• Flexibility to work any assigned shifts which may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• Someone who thrives in a team environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Someone with an organized and detail-oriented mindset
• An understanding of what makes for good customer experiences
