Role: Performance Engineer
The Performance engineer is a generalist excellent at investigating complex systems while taking into account the full technology stack. You should be a problem solving, code-cracking, treasure-hunting ace that is passionate about performance and finding solutions.
Responsibilities:
Work with internal groups helping to identify service issues and solutions.
Design solutions utilizing existing technology stack
Develop tool sets for analysis that interact with internal data systems and platforms
Enhance internal processes for escalation and problem identification.
Train and educate team members on technical findings and solutions.
Qualifications:
3-5 years in a service organization working with customers and/or internal engineering groups.
3- 5 years working in a operations organization or integration role.
Data analysis using Python, R or similar
Experience with ElasticSearch and related technologies a plus
Comfortable using cloud methodologies for rapid deployment, testing, and analysis.
