AMS has expanded quickly over the past 4 years. Now, we're seeking a Project Manager for the Strategy team to lead projects related to audience understanding, market landscape assessments, digital communications strategies, and investment prioritization.
Attributes Particular to this Position:
• Has expertise in projects related to digital strategy, audience engagement, or business planning, preferably in an agency or consulting setting (e.g., persona creation, competitive analysis work, strategic planning, content distribution, mining web and social media analytics for insights)
• Synthesizes insights from audience data, digital analytics, surveys, and interviews
• Develops sophisticated written narratives and frameworks to describe insights and recommendations for client projects
• Presents project findings and outcomes to client stakeholders
• Possesses subject matter expertise and passion for digital media trends and best practices
• Has experience running enterprise-wide projects with multiple workstreams and managing relationships with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders
• Meets deadlines and prioritizes multiple projects with unyielding attention to detail
• Aptitude for developing new products and services to meet client needs and fuel business growth
• Enthusiastic about identifying themes and insights based on primary research in the form of one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and surveys

• Champions an understanding of current media trends and developments across the team
