Description
Responsibilities:
• Establish strong partnership with the key stakeholders (Sales VP, Sales Finance Director, and Finance Business Partners) to provide analysis support for the assigned business group.
• Communicate effectively to key stakeholders around processes update, key deliverables, and timelines per requirements from WWS Finance HQ.
• Act as key interface with Sales Finance HQ to provide financial input.
• Manage weekly processes and deliverables, working with key stakeholders which may include forecasting, planning, projects, etc.
• Help build robust financial models for new business metrics
• Provide strategic and tactical support on annual budgeting and planning process
• Provide regular and ad hoc analysis, build financial reports and models and drive insightful color of business performances
• Work across functions to drive efficient processes and systems, and leverage best practices
• Lead or participate in projects related to process improvement.
• Liaison with ISM, corporate FP&A and other cross function teams as required.
Educational/Business Requirements:
• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA or CPA a plus
• Minimum 5+ years of related experience
• Prior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company is a plus
• Financial planning & analysis experience is highly preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficient in PowerPoint
• Strong aptitude for, and experience with, financial software (e.g. Business Objects, Anaplan, Qlikview, SFDC, etc)
• Proven track record of managing large datasets with the ability to tackle complex issues using financial models and quantitative analysis
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment as needed, to tight deadlines, and to excel in a fast paced environment; comfortable to work with ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential
• High energetic, and self-motivated, capable of working to firm deadlines
• Ambitious and eager to learn, ability to work in changing environments and be flexible
• Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment
• Enjoy working as part of a global team
