Description
Using knowledge of company products, services, support and technology, oversees sales operations activities to achieve company goals.
Directs the development and implementation of activities in functional /operational area to meet business operation goals, quality, and cost objectives. Actively involved in developing, executing, supporting, and/or reviewing the business strategy and operations to ensure goals and objectives are met. Prioritizes operation schedules and reviews and streamlines business processes.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
PARTNER AGREEMENTS SPECIALIST:
• Execute Partner Agreements, being the process owner for all the activities linked to partner agreement. Keep all stakeholders informed about the process, deadlines.
• Ensure all different process and activities linked to the Partner Agreements are correctly accomplished, by working with key stakeholders on daily basis.
• Effectively eliminate barriers to success by building relationships and networking across the business function internally as well as with external functions, product divisions and corporate groups.
• Drive adoption of tools and continuously solicit feedback for improvement.
• Provide continuous feedback to address deficiencies on process, systems and tools.
• Act as a change agent for critical organizational transitions. Drive positive change critical to the success of the function. Lead cross functional teams to achieve the objectives of a variety of local and global projects.
• Address partner needs by designing simplified processes, policies, and tools.
• Work with key stakeholders and initiate action to effectively support and improve business systems, tools, and processes. Contribute to definition of system requirements and testing and work with internal groups and external vendors on delivery and validation of technology.
• Respond to and resolve internal or partner inquiries pertaining to applicable partner agreements area.
• Collaborate in additional projects/tasks defined by the organization
