Position Summary:
The Manager, HR Operations will be responsible for managing day to day compensation processes, including salary recommendations, analysis and reporting. Provides high level compensation support and serves as a subject matter expert on compensation processes and issues. Ensures compensation programs support the organization's strategic objectives, comply with legal requirements and are competitive and cost effective.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage company's pay programs, including accurate processing of all salary adjustments and promotions.
• Provides data management, reporting and analysis for all compensation programs.
• Responsible for accuracy and consistency of job coding, job titling, FLSA classifications, and job leveling.
• Works closely with HR business partners and recruiting staff.
• Develops and implements internal compensation related workflow processes across Human Resources and the company.
• Provides support for HRIS Talent Management tool, including compensation, performance, and learning.
• Responsible for all compliance reporting (EEO-1, Vets 4212, AAP, etc.)
• Assist with annual compensation planning.
• Act as a back-up for equity administration and benefits auditing and reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Position will have one direct report.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in HR analytics required.
• Equivalent data modeling and analysis experience within Finance/Marketing Analytics/Accounting fields will be considered in lieu of HR experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and thorough knowledge MS Access.
• Coursework and/or completion of professional compensation certifications (i.e. World at Work --CCP, etc.) preferred.
Requirements and General Skills:

• Ability to demonstrate proficiency using HRIS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.

• Willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• HRIS experience within Ultimate Software UltiPro and/or ADP Preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
