Position Summary:
The Manager, Social and Digital Marketing will be responsible for supporting the release and growth of a new audio product at SiriusXM. S/he will develop, execute and analyze paid digital media campaigns and social media strategies. Success will be measured by the ability to impact awareness and adoption of the new product. The ideal candidate has experience managing digital marketing campaigns across display, social and search with a commitment to performance-based results and data-driven insights. S/he is a growth hacker with an established record of acquiring users from a variety of channels for a new product or startup.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as an excellent project manager who consistently drives projects to successful conclusion.
• Drive strategies and projects to increase awareness of and participation on a new mobile product.
• Use reporting and analytics to inform programs and measure results.
• Define launch marketing strategy and execute campaigns, including tactics to drive engagement and subscriptions, leveraging a mix of influencers, paid media and social
• Assist in the management of paid social and digital media campaigns to drive downloads.
• Assist with all elements of campaign management, from campaign objectives, to ad production and trafficking, to results and analysis.
• Manage advertising and creative agencies.
• Leverage Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram and other social platforms to reach new audiences.
• Lead overall paid social strategy across platforms.
• Research, specify and recommend appropriate social media monitoring and reporting tools
• Analyze analytics to inform overall social strategy.
• Support prioritization and execution of a product release roadmap.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders, including marketing, content and technology, to increase downloads, customer engagement and key KPIs.
• Report and analyze daily, weekly and monthly scorecards and reporting that drive business objectives
• Ensure all processes meet SXM legal, privacy and compliance policies.

• None.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ year(s) of analytics experience
• 3+ years of social media campaign experience
• 3+ years in digital and/or email marketing
• Bachelor's Degree with focus on marketing or related field, or equivalent experience required
• Comparable/related industry (podcasts or apps) preferred
Requirements and General Skills:
• Familiarity with podcasts and the audio on-demand industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Experience managing a budget and associated KPIs
• Passion to grow a new product, ideally with experience launching a successful startup product
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• App Store Optimization (ASO)
• Hands-on experience with social publishing and analysis platforms, such as Facebook Insights, Sprinklr, Spredfast, Sprout; Hands-on experience publishing and managing campaigns on social sites, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat
• Experience with ad management platforms, DSPs and display networks
• Experience managing SEM campaigns
• Strong experience creating dashboards and reports and optimizing campaigns using major analytics suites, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
• Basic HTML and digital media production skills a plus
• Demonstrated desire to learn new reporting and analytics tools.
