Position Summary:
Sirius XM is looking for a bright, analytical and motivated individual to play a key role in its Revenue Assurance team within the Finance organization. This individual will be responsible for creating and updating test cases to support User Acceptance Testing and product validation for new and enhanced features for Billing systems across the Enterprise. This individual will work with IT and other business units to prioritize projects/issues for Revenue Assurance and follow through to implementation. The candidate will track all projects impacting Revenue Assurance and report status monthly to upper management. This position requires the ability to work well with others, accept responsibility and complete tasks according to business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work in collaboration with IT to determine UAT environmental needs and issues.
• Interpret requirements and other project documentation to create and update test cases for execution during UAT.
• Execute functional testing and perform end to end testing as required.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently complete assignments for test case execution.
• Manage Trouble Ticket process across the Enterprise for the Revenue Assurance Team.
• Work with IT department as well as Project Management Office to prioritize all Trouble Tickets for the Revenue Assurance team.
• Troubleshoot issues directly with business users, identifying training opportunities, knowledge gaps, and requirements.
• Utilize Project Management discipline to track all implementation and post-implementation activities such that the overall success of initiatives can be closely monitored including visibility tothe project team and upper management.
• Design and drive common method of risk assessment, to prioritize projects and mitigate risk.
• Identify risks/areas of concern for all Releases where Revenue Assurance has impacts.
• Effectively manage multiple projects across the organization.
• Manage Project database for all projects across the Enterprise in order to report status to upper management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Matrix Management responsibilities across Revenue Assurance.
• No Direct reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Candidate should have a minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in performing a testing function and project management.
• Revenue Assurance/Operations or similar experience in a financial role -- plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or Equivalent Work Experience.
Requirements and General Skills:

• Subscriber Services or Telecom experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Visio, Access and Excel.

• Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
• Commitment to "internal client."
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project).
