Company Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager for its HQ Human Resources department.
The Compensation & Benefits Manager will report to the Group C&B & International Mobility Director, and will be responsible for leading efforts in the planning, development, and administration of Ubisoft’s compensation and benefit strategy and practices.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage the ongoing development and administration of UBISOFT’s compensation & benefits strategy.
• Provide guidance to leadership on salary decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and role assessment.
• Conduct market analysis, and participate in and analyze salary surveys (benchmarks, equity etc.).
• Evaluate current compensation systems and benefits programs, identify areas for improvements, and make recommendations.
• Design, develop and implement new compensation and benefit initiatives and changes as needed.
• Act as the liaison between HR and the Payroll Department and assist our international HR teams with questions regarding benefits, compensation and equity.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience in compensation & benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Strong project management experience and effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• International experience is a plus.
• Fluent English is required.
